Our Cancellation Policy

Our sessions are in high demand and many of our bookings sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 4 days before your booking. This will allow us to offer your spot to another rider.

• Cancellations made four days (96 hours) or more in advance of the booking date will receive an option to move the booking to an alternative date or if this is not possible then a 100% refund.

• Cancellations made within 96 hours of booking start time will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking start time hours will not receive a refund.
